Summer Giveaway for a free sailing Dover to Calais or Hull to Rotterdam and a Center Parcs Europe* holiday
1. ELIGIBILITY
This P&O Ferries Competition (the “Competition”), is open to those of 18 years of age or older who are lawful residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and who choose to enter the Competition (“Participant”). Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of P&O Ferries (“Sponsor”), their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and Competition agencies are not eligible to enter. The laws and courts of England & Wales govern this Competition. By making a competition entry, the Participant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
2. SPONSOR:
The Sponsors for this competition are P&O Ferries Holdings Ltd, 4th Floor, 81 Station Road, Kent House, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PP. Along with Center Parcs Europe*.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD:
The competition begins on 21 June 2026 and ends on Monday 31st August at 8PM (GMT). Entries for this competition must be received by 8pm (GMT) on 31 August 2026. Winners will be contacted through Instagram direct Message after 5 September 2026.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
• Follow @poferries on Instagram.
• Take a photograph or video whilst travelling onboard a P&O Ferries vessel on an eligible Hull/Rotterdam route or Dover/Calais route.
• Tag us @poferries on Instagram.
• Publish the photograph or video on Instagram.
• Include the hashtag #POSummerVibes in the post.
The image or video may feature any onboard experience, including but not limited to scenery, food, pets, travel companions or onboard facilities.
Only one entry per Instagram post will be counted.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the Competition
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION / EXCLUSION:
By entering, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Participants represent and warrant that they have the right and authority to enter into this Competition on their own behalf. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries. Sponsor may disqualify any Participant who does not act in accordance with these Official Rules or who is suspected of having been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity. The use of automated processes, scripts or any other measures to manipulate the Promotion is prohibited and shall result in disqualification.
By entering this competition, P&O Ferries may contact entrants via Instagram direct message solely for the administration of this Competition, including winner notification and prize fulfilment. Personal information provided by winners in connection with prize fulfilment will be used only for the purposes of administering the Competition and awarding the prize, unless the individual has separately consented to receive marketing communications. The Instagram username of the Winner may be announced via the P&O Ferries Instagram page. The Winner (as defined below) may be required to participate in reasonable social media activities promoting P&O Ferries, including by posting about their win on Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter (as reasonably directed by the Sponsor). The surname and county of residence of prize winners will be available upon request for a period of 3 months following the closing date. Winners may object or request limited disclosure where permitted by law. This competition will occur only on Instagram, no entries on Facebook, Twitter/X or any other social media platform will be accepted.
6. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Content Requirements
Entries must:
• Be the entrant's original work.
• Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content.
• Have permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the image or video.
P&O Ferries reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.
Judging Process
This is a skill-based competition.
All eligible entries will be reviewed by a judging panel consisting of representatives from P&O Ferries.
Entries will be judged on:
• Creativity
• Visual appeal
• Relevance to the onboard travel experience
The judges' decision is final.
No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
Judging will take place on or around 5 September 2026.
7. THE PRIZE:
There are six (6) prizes available in total, comprising three (3) prizes for the Dover–Calais route and three (3) prizes for the Hull–Rotterdam route, as set out below.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered.
Dover to Calais Route
Grand Prize
• One standard return P&O Ferries crossing on the Dover-Calais route with a car and up to four (4) persons, including Club Lounge access, subject to space availability. Winner may travel on any day up to September 1st 2027 (excluding Easter holidays & Bank holidays).
*Valid for a car up to 1.9m height and 6m length. If towing a trailer or caravan, supplement will be charged. No other vehicle types allowed.
** the prize does not include travel to the port of Dover or port of Calais, baggage, food and drink other than the Club Lounge offering, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs. Additional supplements will apply if travelling with a pet.
• One Center Parcs Europe* holiday package, including a 4-person Premium cottage (with kitchen package, tourist tax, and beds made up on arrival).
Additional costs for extras such as towels, dog supplement, meals, or other services are the winner's responsibility and will be invoiced separately.
The prize is valid for a stay at one of our properties within The Netherlands or Belgium, subject to availability, and can be used for midweek stays (4 nights) or weekend stays (3 nights) on selected arrival dates between the 15th September 2026 – 30 June 2027, . Flexible arrival dates may be available upon agreement with the winner. Center Parcs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Second Prize:
One Free Day Trip with a car and up to 9 persons, subject to space availability. Winner may travel on any day up to September 1st 2027 (excluding Easter holidays & Bank holidays).

One free Club Lounge upgrade for up to four (4) persons on your next trip. Please note Ferry ticket is not included.
Hull to Rotterdam Route
Grand Prize
• One standard return P&O Ferries crossing on an eligible North Sea route with a car and up to four (4) persons, including a Premium cabin and Meals at The Kitchen (onboard buffet-style restaurant), subject to space availability. Winner may travel on any day up to September 1st 2027 (excluding Easter holidays & Bank holidays).
• One Center Parcs Europe* holiday package, including a 4-person Premium cottage (with kitchen package, tourist tax, and beds made up on arrival).
Additional costs for extras such as towels, dog supplement, meals, or other services are the winner's responsibility and will be invoiced separately.

Second Prize:
One Free Mini Cruise for up to 2 persons
The prize is for two (2) people to attend a Mini Cruise sailing from Hull to Europoort between 15 September 2026 and 31 March 2027.
It includes two consecutive nights onboard, with return sailing, a coach transfer to either Amsterdam or Rotterdam, and accommodation in a Premier cabin.
The prize does not include travel to or from the Port of Hull, baggage, additional meals or beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking, excursions, attractions, or any other personal expenses not explicitly stated.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. It cannot be extended or used with any other offer or promotion.
All travel is subject to P&O Ferries’ standard Terms and Conditions, available at www.poferries.com.
The winner and guest must be UK or ROI residents and hold valid travel documents. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over.
Proof of ID may be required at boarding.
If the winner does not claim their prize within the specified period, it will be forfeited and may be reallocated.
P&O Ferries reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute the prize (of equal or greater value).
Third Prize:
One free Kitchen access for up to 2 persons for the next time you travel. Ferry ticket not included. Excluded dates may apply, including school holidays, bank holidays and peak demand periods.
Additional costs including travel to and from the port, food, beverages, activities, insurance and any optional extras are not included unless expressly stated.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 10 days of judging.
Winners must respond within 7 days of notification.
If a winner does not respond within this period, P&O Ferries reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
All prize winners and accompanying travellers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, health documentation and travel insurance where required.
8. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS:
By entering, participants retain ownership of their submitted content. By entering, participants grant P&O Ferries a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and distribute the content for promotional and marketing purposes. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, broadcast, publish or otherwise use (and authorise others to use) the entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable including on Sponsor’s websites, in film and other broadcasts, and through social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ), and each Participant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights he/she may have in the entry. By entering, participants confirm they have the rights to the photo submitted and grant permission for P&O Ferries to share the image for promotional purposes. By accepting this prize, the Winner consents to the use of his/her name for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor in connection with the entry, including but not limited to, any online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
P&O Ferries will not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, acts of God, supervening legislation or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
10. GENERAL:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify part or all of this Competition at any time without notice, if in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Competition, or if virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Competition. In such event, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and award the prize(s) from among all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Official Rules.
11. PRIVACY:
Information collected from Participants will only be used for the purposes of entry into the Competition and the purposes set out in the clauses above. Any personal information provided by the Participant in connection with the Competition will be collected and processed by the Sponsor and P&O Ferries Holdings Ltd, 4th Floor, 81 Station Road, Kent House, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1PP and under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree that P&O Ferries may repost, publish and use their submitted content for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.
Where required by law, winners may object to the publication of their surname and county of residence by contacting P&O Ferries.
Intellectual Property
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.
By entering, participants grant P&O Ferries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute the submitted content for promotional purposes.

*Center Parcs UK and Ireland and Center Parcs Europe BV are two separate companies sharing the same concept: family time in the middle of nature. The new brand logo is for Center Parcs Europe only and the above information pertains only to Center Parcs Europe Villages. Center Parcs UK remains separate and will continue with their own brand identity. Whilst we share a brand name and heritage, we are separate operations with separate offerings for our guests.
